  Link(s):I'm not sure if this has been pointed out before, or if it is just a massive coincidence but in the film "Candyman" there's a scene where it says "To The Sweet" on a cubicle door, and then an arrow pointing to a white toilet, the "milky seat"?
  
  To me it seems like a coincidence as there are not really any other references to this film in the song but it's still worth pointing out.

  My Interpretation:Well, It's obviously about sex, with the beat the meat, treat the feet, to the sweet, milky seat lines which seem to be about masturbation to me. However, I had no clue about banana terracota pie, so I decided to cum (teehee) up with my own meaning.
  Banana Terracota Pie (noun): When someone has sex on a roof and ejaculates inside their partner. The semen then rolls down the terracota, which is caught and baked in a banana pie and given to the mother of one of the sex partners.

  General Comment:Vicinity of obscenity is (in my opinion) about how 'in your face' sex is in our society, hense the screaming (in your face) of banana(penis) and terracotta pie(vagina). the more you think about it and the more you listen the more it makes sense.

  Song Meaning:This song is obviously talking about anal. Banana symbolizes a phallus. Terracotta is a type of mud. Pie normally refers to vagina, but a "terracotta" pie (like saying mud pie) definitely refers to an ass. The "milky seat" part of the chorus verifies that , because it is referring to their "milky" (cum-filled) ass. Therefore, it is quite obviously referring to anal sex. As for the chorus, it is talking about prostitutes. "Beat the meat, treat the feet to the milky seat" is referring to fucking them, then kicking their "milky" ass out.

  My Interpretation:In my opinion, this song is indeed about sex.
  The "banana" is the penis and the "terracota pie" is the vagina, possibly the asshole.
  
  Vicinity is defined as 'near to', and 'obscenity' is defined as 'smut' or 'lust', therefore meaning that the girl has lust in her eyes, though she's being a "liar" by telling the guy that she doesn't want to be fucked.
  
  As jeems stated, it is possible to give a foot job, which could lead to having "bad feet."
  Also, "beating the meat" is another term for a guy masturbating.
  "Treat the feet to the sweet, milky seat" means that after she gave the guy a foot job, he ejaculated.

  General Comment:The banana terracotta part I think I can explain... Going off the basis of the footjob theory, terracotta being a clay has to be molded into pottery. Think of the famous part of the movie "Ghost". They're both sensually molding pottery together. Well... a banana looks suspiciously like a penis and instead of "molding clay" with your hands, your jacking off a man with your feet with lube. Case closed lol

  General Comment:The facts:
  
  1. There's no meaningless song made by SOAD
  2. Whole SOAD project is about bad system, about liars, about masonry, about killing innocent people and every other aspect of elite acting like they own the planet and every other living being on it (including rest of the humanity)
  
  
  I'm not some smart-ass preaching - I don't understand the full meaning of this song - tho the "liar" and "vicinity of obscenity" are saying enough for me.
  The song is just great anyway, I'm really enjoying it.
  
  So bad there's no more SOAD, they actually opened my mind and made me search for more...
  I don't like Serj solo career, music nor lyrics.
