Then once I noticed what sounds like a plane sound whenever he sings "We do the dance upon the [plane]"... It doesn't fit easily with the rest of the lyrics but that's what I hear every time.
knees represent dependency , and as usual he was going to see her at her mothers [father and mother ~dual representation~sets up for love aspect]
noses represents foolish and obvious thoughts.
hands represent what You DO. so they were close friends and happy at that.
