  General Comment:Personally, this song perfectly describes my current mood. I'm in the last stages of recovery from 4 years of severe depression/insecurity.
  
  I was finally able to focus and feel confident in myself, and deal with my problems as opposed to letting them control me (if only on a sub-conscious level). I honestly, purely laughed for the first time in over a year a few weeks ago. It felt absolutely awesome. :)
  
  In any case, these lyrics literally describe my situation.
  
  "I've got a wound that doesn't heal."
  The cause of my depression is still around.
  
  "My wound goes deeper than the skin,
  There's no hiding it,
  So I'm not trying it "
  I was always taught to hide weaknesses and problems, to keep them private. Now, while I don't advertise them, I no longer intentionally hide them either.
  
  "My hope runs underneath it all,
  The day that I'll be home,"
  I've known the entire time that I had a fixable problem, I just didn't know (initially) what the problem was or how to fix it. Not that I didn't experiment and try.
  
  "They're selling shares of me again,
  But I'm not buying it,
  I'm not buying it "
  I finally know how to deal with my problems.
  
  "It won't be long, I belong,
  Somewhere past the setting sun,
  Find me free, find me strong,
  Somewhere back where I belong."
  I know how I should feel, and I can feel my mind growing stronger and brighter every day. It won't be long before I finally shake this shit off for good.
  
  And for the record, I'm Deist. Check wikipedia if you're curious as to what relevance that has.

  General Comment:Aside from all the errors, this is really a great song. :) I really think it is simply saying that this isn't our home. Our home is in heaven, the place behind the setting sun.

  General Comment:the lyrics arent: "Something shared with me again,

  I'm not buying it"
  but they ARE: "theyre selling shares of me again..." etc
  
  also I agree with Hediedformex. The songs about how we belong in Heaven with our heavenly father hence " belong,
  Somewhere past the setting sun"
  
  also its "let the RIGHT say i was wrong" not RAT
  
  however awesomely powerful song!!! Love it!!!

  General Comment:This song is amazing. It reminds us that we as believers belong in Heaven with God, and shouldn't take heed to small things on this earth, because we're about to spend eternity with Him. Truely AWESOME song. Nothing is Sound is a great CD.
