Actually, Ixia, to my best experience, LA gangs often identify themselves, or at least smaller chapters of themselves, by area codes to show pride in their territory. Colors are used of course too, the most notable example being Crips and Bloods as you stated. I didn't really think that the line in the song was any reference to gangs at all though. They were just naming off the LA area codes. -lived in two of them, actually-

They're fucking amazing. I think they're bashing the little "emo" and "scene" kids who think they're all bad cause they like hollywood undead. And since the new scene fad is myspace, they're talking about how stupid it is, to be obsessed with how people worship people like Tila Tequila and Jeffree Star because everyone else do, but they say they don't follow the crowd. I totally agree with worstintention13 on this song.
It's not making fun of scene, because they ARE scene, and if it is making fun of the scene in a way that only those part of the scene can do. It's kind of like how you can call your best friend a bitch and just be messing around but you can't just walk up to a random person and say that and it be okay. They are scene therefore, they're allowed to make fun of it.

nepegg89 its definately shout outs to all the myspace whores out there Tila, Jeffree Star, and Tom, and fftl being from first to last who are really good friends of the band, all the numbers are hollywood area codes, and all the names at the end are just abunch of myspace scene kids, and so on, if your still not getting who the shoutouts are to thats it
