Now we're broken on the floor
She just wants me to share her
It hasn't been this way before
She just wants me to dare her

The phone rings
And she screams
Stab my back
It's better when I bleed for you
Walk on me
It never was enough to do

I can't get past her
Falling faster
True.
It hasn't done a lot for you

And every time he held you close
Yeah, were you thinking of me
When I needed you the most
Well I hope that you're happy

The phone rings
And she screams
Stab my back
It's better when I bleed for you
Walk on me
It never was enough to do

I can't get past her
Falling faster
True
It's better when I bleed for you

I hope that love he gave you
Was just enough to save you
You nearly broke my heart
Just look at what you're tearing apart

Stab my back
It's better when I bleed for you
Walk on me
It never was enough to do

I can't get past her
Falling faster
True
It hasn't done a lot for you

It's better when I bleed for you
It never was enough to do
It hasn't done a lot for

My Opinion:For me personally, this song is about betrayal. I liked somene and I told him how I felt and he said 'I don't want to date someone from our school' then a month later not only does he date someone from our school but from our group as well. Basically he lied to me and stabbed my back when I thought he was telling me the truth. I never liked anyone as much as I liked him.

    General Comment:I'm not too sure.
But I think this song is about this girl, who's with a guy, but wants to be with someone else.
    The guy that she's with is all hung up about it, and the bit that goes ;;
    The phone rings
    and she screams,
    "Stab my back,
it's better when I bleed for you
    Walk on me,
it never was enough to do"
is just her trying to make it easier to break up with him.
I know that doesn't make sense, so I'll try to explain what I mean.
    She's screaming all that, right.
So let's say if he went and stabbed her back or whatever, that'd be a better excuse for her to break up with him.
    Do you get me?.

    Also, I know it just isn't me, but I'm pretty sure it goes;;
'Now we're broken on the floor..'
If you listen carefully, you can definetely hear Tyson singing it.

General Comment:I think she's playing mind games with him, so she's acting like the victim, saying that theire relationship broke up 'cause he hurt her...basically she thinks that if she makes him feel guilty, then he'll come running back to her now she's realised what she had with him in the first place. Reminds me a lot of the situation I'm in now, coz this guy did to me what the girl to the guy in this song and now he's wanting me back.
But totally love this song and this album...AAR are improving every album....it's good to see :)

General Comment:For some reason I keep thinking this song is about a girl cheating on him and he knows and maybe she knows he does too, but it's left up to him to say something. Either that or the girl just broke up with the ex and went to him and he's wondering is this girl in love with me or him? (or visa versa). That's just me, and it's definitly possible that i'm wrong. o well. AAR is still cool. =]

General Comment:I think the situation in the song is the girl cheats on her boyfriend, feels badly about it & calls him saying: "stab my back, its better when I bleed for you" meaning, she wants him to do something bad to her, cause its better when shes the one whos suffering & feeling broken hearted.

General Comment:well, i'll try to explain what i think this song is about.
by, of course, applying it to a personal situation.
my best friend is juggling two guys... and she loves the attention.
she's almost... addicted to crisis, even if she causes it.
she knows both the guys care about her so much.
and she likes to play with their emotions and crap.
    which is annoying, but anyways..
i sent her this song and she got a little pissed,
but that's because she knows it's true. :]:]
but yeah that's who i thought of.
like she just likes the attention and the thrill of cheating?
also a lot of times in order to get out of being the one at fault,
she'll blame one of the guys for "hurting her" somehow.
and it works, because they're both really into her.
and they're pissed, of course, that she's cheating.
but they keep holding on [can't get past her, falling faster]
so that was long and confusing but it's my ideaa of the song.

General Comment:Yeeeaaaahhhh, girl broke up with the guy who loved her oh so much for someone else and now she's not as happy as she thought she would be so she wants out and she turns to her ex again. Although, her ex is still not over her yet but he knows he has to cause of what she did to him. He can't help it though, he's falling fast and cant get past her.
