  General Comment:Correction: In Tagalog (Filipino language) 'Pare' means a friend or how you address one. 'Hoy pare pakinggan niyo ako.' means 'Hey dude listen to me.' So it does not translate to 'Father' Catholic Priests here are called Pari. We call them Father so it does not have to be interchanged with Pare.
  
  
  Adobo is not a soup dish but a stew served in Chicken or pork, it was introduced to us by the Spaniards in the 16th century.
  
  Balot is Duck egg, it doesn't necessarily have to be eaten whole. It is a delicacy here in the Philippines and a good source of protein. Foreigners tend to be disgusted by it but it is good once you get used to eat Balot.
  
  Bebot is a slang for a chick or a beautiful woman. Bebot was probably derived from the word 'Babae' which also means a girl.

  General Comment:I had no clue about what the song meant till I cam onto here but I really like the musical bit played during the 'Fillipino' bit, it sounds so cool, I'd love to be able to play it even though it's just a short bit.
