Okay, i never really got this song but thought it was purdy. Apparnetly it's supposed to be the same guy telling why he wants to stay with the girl and why he has to go. Valo is apparently singing about having to let go and feather boy (apologies to rasmus fans) about staying and loving her and being happy but that doesn't make sense to me because he says queen of my silent suffocation so either way this guy cannot be pleased.
Anyhoo, that was longwinded and didn't really establish much...

This song is about hurtful love, as HIM's songs are always about. This songs lyrics was written by Valo and Lauri together, and it's pretty obvious what they're singing.

i think this is a really good song how it contrasts with villes deep voice and lauris high pitched it contrasts worderfully it musical genius and i can play this on cello and just the cellos part is really entanting

the first :44 seconds of this song are good. Ville's voice blends nicely w\apocalyptica but then that chick from the rasmus opens her mouth and ruins the whole damn thing.

It's such a shame because this would be a lovely song if it weren't for Rasmus-arse coming in and wrecking it :( Ville's voice is so deep and sensual through the whole thing and to me it seems ruined by Lauri's infernal whining.

I Dont like this song, Ville is fantastic and apocalyptica sounds great! , but Lauri...i dont like his voice , if they wanted a duet , they should have called Tarja turunen from nightwish.

This isnt a HIM song really, its Appocalyptica's song, Its featuring Ville Valo from HIM, and Lauri from The Rasmus, And i dont agree with what some of you are saying, because Lauri has a great voice, its amazing, very similar to Ville's. So dirtyassbabe666, your right on

lauri's voice is more grainy, gravelly than ville's but they play off of each other very well, i adore this song, its what got me into the rasmus.

actually (And i feel like im about to get my ass handed to me on a silver platter) I think Lauri's voice is the best in this particular song... the way his voice cracks... its intentional... its representing the pain decribed in the lyrics... and thats that...

I agree with rip-out-the-wings.. the cracking was intentional for the song. If you listen to other songs by the Rasmus like Sail away, you can hear that his voice is nearly as clear as Ville's.
