  General Comment:personally, i think the song is just poking fun at the way modern rock music is always so gloomy and depressing... or at least a lot of genres, like grunge, and emo.
  
  Even look at all the really lame Avril Lavigne pop shit you see these days. They are always whining about something pointless!
  
  It's almost like we just want to be pissed off about ANYTHING sometimes... that we forget to just take it easy, laugh at ourselves every now and again!... You know, HAVE FUN!

  General Comment:isn't that Tegan Quin singing in the background? Sounds so much like here...but yeah I agree that I feel this is a mock-kiddie song. I think its also poking fun at blind optimism.

  Than all of your love" it sounds almost like a robbing the cradle kind of thing. No. Maybe not. Maybe he wants the kids to appreciate his music. heheh. Well, he's saying something. Maybe it's don't make the same mistakes i've done, be good, go to school, do things right.

  General Comment:It's so oddly "bright" compared to most of his other songs, it's so cartoony, almost. Especially the today, today, today, with the little voice behind him. It's almost silly, makes me grin. No clue, maybe it's a tongue in cheek cmmet on how adults act childish. no clue, none at all.
