If the rest of this album has as much personality as this, it will be amazing. I'm gonna go to the concert in D.C. tonight, and i think they are advertising the new cd, so i'll get to hear all the new stuff!

Yeah, so most of the stuff from the older album that i have sounds the same, and this is so different. i totally agree with blinkguitar, 'move along' has well expressed emotion. Im very impressed.

And of course musikboi is right about the meaning, its pretty straightforward. the lyrics sort of remind me of 'hold on,' good charlotte, but All American Rejects have much better musical quality. :-)

it's kind of ironic knowing that this song is about not committing suicide....when their keyboardist recently had a slashy party and died. Weird, huh?

this song is crazy. it makes you as the listener believe again. its like "its ok child, just keep on going" over the summer when i got the CD i would go running at 12:00 and night and just listen to this song over and over and over again. alot of things that made me just wanna cry were going around me so this was kinda my get away song. it still is. "and even when your hope is gone move along move along just to make it through" its true. just move along. cause it will get better.

I love this song. Just being told that no matter how bad it is, things get better is nice to always remember. I think everyone needs to listen to this song. It really does lift my mood even when I am at my lowest. Gotta love it.

yea it's a good tune. i didn't used to like the all american rejects, but when it first came out i was over my girl friend's house and she's like a Tyson Ritter freak!! (it kinda sucks for me) anyway she made me watch it and i kinda liked the song, but where the hell's the rest of the band? they get almost no credit. u know this is how a lot of great bands break up. haha "bestest", nice one terrilynn :p

This is a great song that is about even when your life can't seem to get much worse you have to keep going. Its an anti suicide message.

despite this being a "pop"ish song, the lyrics really mean something, and during the worst of times, you will "make it through"

kinda says "why the fk would you do that, such a waste of time, go out and LIVE, just like the people you think 'keep standing when you fall'"

"these hands are meant to hold" - there are people that will listen to you and hold onto you

i love this song so much and it means so much to me

at the beginning of summer, this girl i really like transferred to australia for studies. i realize that shes gonna meet someone there in her new place, but i kept thinking about her for months. now the summer is nearly over, some of my best and new friends have been 'the hands' i held in to.

sometimes, to carry on with ourlives after some series of difficulties is not as hard as it felt. we need other people 'hands' to help us and make everthing a lot easier. we cant keep regretting things that didnt go the way we wanted, it is not going to change what already happened. instead, we could possibly be left behind if we dont just move on quickly,

You know it sucks that this song had to come out this late. My best guy friend and the first person i ever really loved commited suicide in 2004... Music was really important to him though. Music was a big part of his life and I wish he would have listened to a song like this... it may have changed things ya know? I just hope more inspirational songs like this start to surface.
