Buy it, use it, break it, fix it,
Trash it, change it, mail, upgrade it,
Charge it, point it, zoom it, press it,
Snap it, work it, quick, erase it,
Write it, cut it, paste it, save it,
Load it, check it, quick, rewrite it

Plug it, play it, burn it, rip it,
Drag and drop it, zip, unzip it,
Lock it, fill it, curl it, find it,
View it, code it, jam, unlock it
Surf it, scroll it, pose it, click it

Cross it, crack it, twitch, update it,
Name it, read it, tune it, print it,
Scan it, send it, fax, rename it,
Touch it, bring it, pay it, watch it,
Turn it, leave it, stop, format it.

My Interpretation:This is my opinion only and I'm welcome to other ideas but, I though it was about the cycle of our technology and how we abuse it and let it take over our life.

I also think the baby robot in front of a tv is a reference to children in society today picking up things from tv, using this as a way to live in real life situations.

General Comment:The robot signifys a child. The TV is molding its mind. The repeditiveness of the words tells me that it signifys our repeditivness with technology that we use constantly. All in all- What we do today effects our tommrow; our children will copy what they see. A dark message reviels the truth... Good song. But strong meaning. Our children are like robots they learn from what they see and do what they are tought.

My Interpretation:The song is an addictive, rhythmic, mechanical ode to human sociopathy. Machine-like human coldness. Yes, I think it could be interpreted sexually as well.

I believe the song's singer is possibly human.

Almost every single verb in the entire song is very computational--meaning, things that can actually be done to data (e.g. push, zip, unzip, burn, break, fix, etc.) Coding languages and basic machine code often have these as native functions.

The one verb, however, that is not computational at all, is "TOUCH".

Nowhere, in any computer programming language, or in any computer's basic machine code, is there any such command, nor has there ever been. That's because it is not even a computation, but a human sense. Computers can't "touch" anything at all.

Unless the singer isn't a (just) a computer?

    Very creepy, yet amazing song.

My Interpretation:It appears more that the baby robot is being taught those concepts. Some interesting scenes would be with the robot with the TV behind where it is reciting, as in front of a classroom. The dark scene with the 2 members of Daft Punk. Older robots, a sort of future campfire scene? Add in the silhoue3tte hands scenes eerily reminding one of Poltergeist.

My Interpretation:I heard from a few friends that it's about porn.

Think about it-- "-touch it, bring it, pay it, watch it, turn it, leave it-"

    Touch what? Yourself
    Pay for what? The video
    Watch what? (obviously) the video
    Turn it? Rewind it
    Leave it? The video.

I'm probably wrong but...forrealz. Think bout' it.

General Comment:not sure what their intended meaning was,
but my interpretation is its about how modern society revolves around technology so much, relating to the materialistic values of consumerism. even though people say the world could function without technology, we probably could, but its that deeply integrated into the lives of the people and the functioning of the world around them, that I'm not too sure that the world would survive for too long. but heh, we might adapt and return to cavemen if we're lucky :P

    General Comment:Tech no logic
showing how we have all these things computers can do, but we still cannot give them logic.
