It's telling all the whiny "my life sucks I'm so depressed so I'm gonna whine to the public about it and deliberately go against the grain" kids to suck it up. "It's time you invested in a bottle of poison so we don't have to hear about your bitching and moaning. You think you could afford a fucking bottle of aspirin!" They're saying "if it's so bad, just off yourself. It's not that hard to get rid of that perpetual headache on your own, rather than giving it to us."
It's also another song speaking out against other bands- this time against worshiping them. "You never realized you had to get in line to suck a cock.
