I was wondering what "dripping dropping people drop of a hat" means....I'm not a native speaker, does it means he get rid of someone when he doens't need him/her anymore pretending to be sorry or in a polite way when he actually doesn't care? and "you turn it on like a leaking tap" what is "it" referred to? the two sentences are connected I guess, he drips people like a leaking tap drips drops of water i think...
any explanation on this is really appreciated!

"drop of a hat" if you do something at the drop of a hat, you do it suddenly and easily, often without any reason.
"you turn IT on like a leaking tap" 'it' i think this means when he starts talking / bitching, it never stops.
"Wear a mask wear an armoured suit" deals with the possibility that some of his claims seem to be true, but are pretty much fake otherwise, and he puts on this "all that" persona to look like he's strong, to hide the weak person he is on the inside, so nothing can get to him "with a gun that shoots"; clearly insecure, as that is his only way of doing so.
He probably has a partner in his life, being the equivalent of Lois Lane to Superman, possibly the perfect woman. And while he does have her (after managing to convince her with his fake personality), he would most definitely cheat behind her back without any qualms against it. The teenage blonde part possibly implies he wouldn't be above seducing a teenager, but I think it's mainly there to emphasize the fact of how low he is.
There's my analysis of it, might be right or wrong.
By the by, it reminds me of reading about a little exchange between Mohammed Ali and an Air Hostess when she told him to put his seatbelt on for takeoff.
