Whenever I wake up
Try and take the shape of
Turn into the whole wide world I made up

Off
The lights are golden
Off
The lights were golden
Off

Whenever I wake up
Try and take the shape of
Turn into the whole wide world I made up

General Comment:This song uses the same repetitive soft spoken nature as broken social scene's "anthems for a seventeen year-old girl"
highly recommend to anyone who enjoy this song.

General Comment:Ok, I find it thoroughly disturbing with those who speak of adverts as of something derogatory. They first started as an art form to being with... art nouveau anybody? There's even advertising award ceremonies to commemorate the best ones. Because advertising is a means to have an individual view a company's product in a light different from a contradicting consensus. It's SUPPOSE to be an art form. So it's great that Jones and Karen accepted this collaboration... turns it back into what it should be. Because large corporations aren't all evil capitalist pigs -_-

General Comment:I believe the song is about living in a daydream, or dream for that matter.

I love this short, short song. One of my favorites.

General Comment:I love this song, I feel like it matches me. But I guess I really dont know. Yeah i heard this song in the commercial as everyone's pretty much mentioned, and i kept singing it over and over till i finally looked it up, i didnt know Karen O. sang it, and then it got me hooked into the yeah yeah yeahs.
so the commercial got me for the band, not the shoes.heh. too bad for them.

General Comment:I never heard this song on the commercial, but I downloaded it and it is my absolute favorite song that I have ever heard Karen O sing. It's so haunting and the person in this song is me and you and you and me
    Wonderful song.

General Comment:Yeah, the person that wrote this song deffinatly lives in their head, as do I...

But then it links with the adidas motto: Impossible is Nothing.

Which kinda kills it throught commericalising, and advertising... But whatever, the song still makes me drift off.
