Bitches ain't shit but hoes and tricks
Lick on these nuts and suck the dick
Get the fuck out after you're done
And I hops in my ride
To make a quick run

I used to know a bitch named Eric Wright
We used to roll around
And fuck the hoes at night
Tighter than a mutharfuckin' gangsta beats
And we was ballin'
On the muthafuckin' Compton streets

Peep, the shit got deep and it was on
Number one song after number one song
Long as my muthafuckin' pockets was fat
I didn't give a fuck where the bitch was at
But she was hangin' with a white bitch
Doin' the shit she do
Suckin' on his dick
Just to get a buck or two
And the ends that she got meant nothin'
And now she's suing
Cuz the shit she be doin' ain't shit

(Bitches can't hang with the streets)
She found herself short
(So now she's takin' me to court)
Yeah, it's real conversation for your ass

I once had a bitch named Mandy May
Used to be up in them guts
Like everyday
The pussy was the bomb
Had a nigga on sprung
I was in love like a muthafucka
Lickin' the protung
The homies used to tell me
That she wasn't no good
But I'm the maniac in black
Mr. Snoop Eastwood
So I figure niggaz wouldn't trip with mine
Guess what? Got gaffled by one time

I'm back in the muthafuckin' county jail
Six months on my chest
Now it's time to bail
I gets released on a hot sunny day
My nigga D.O.C.
And my homey Dr. Dre
Scooped in a coupe, Snoop we got news
Your girl was trickin'
While you was draped in your county blues
I ain't been out a second
And already I gotta do some muthafuckin' chin checkin'

Move up the block
As we groove down the block
See my girl's house
Dre, pass the glock
Kick in the door, and I look on the floor
It's my little cousin Daz
And he's fuckin' my ho

I uncocked my shit
I'm heart-broke
But I'm still loc'ed
(Man, fuck that bitch!)

Translation:So many ignorant people commenting. I know many of the comments are very old but I must say the indivuduals talking about how this is a stupid and empty rap song need to wake up. This is not even about females for the most part.

I used to know a bitch named Eric Wright (Obviously this has nothing whatsoever to do with bitches but about Eazy-E, because of the NWA fued. I am on Eazy-E's side of that but I still enjoy all NWA members as well as Ben Folds music.)
    We used to roll around
And fuck the hoes at night
Tighter than a mutharfuckin' gangsta beats
    And we was ballin'
    On the muthafuckin' Compton streets

He then goes on to say that the bitch (Eazy-E) was hanging with the white bitch (Jerry Heller) and by "sucking his dick" he is saying that Eazy-E was being swindled out of his money. He belied Ruthless Records co-founder was a bad man who was exploiting Eazy and the rest of the group.

Eazy E had executive producer credits to Dr Dre's music at this time, so even his diss songs towards Eazy were actually giving him money. Dre in the meantime was getting together with Suge Knight to form Death Row Records. Suge Knight is a huge strongman and intimidator. Dre lured Eazy to a building where Suge and other large men threatened him with Louisville Sluggers forcing Eazy to release Dre from the contacts. The only reason Eazy signed was because Jerry had told him that if his life went to danger, he needed to get out of it and they could settle the illegal dispute in court later on. It wasn't worth dying. This is the "bitch" taking him to court.

Then goes to Snoop Dogg. As far as I can tell Snoop's verse is about his girl who was unfaithful while he was in prison. Having sex with his cousin Daz Dillinger.

Rap is not empty or stupid, people who think it is are more likely to be.

General Comment:I LOVE that ben folds did this. :]
For everyone who's totally confused, if you haven't figured out already, this is a Dr. Dre cover. The original song wasn't meant to be taken seriously, either.

General Comment:Is it anyone else that thinks it is kind of controversial of Ben Folds to take shots at the dead Eazy E (Eric Wright) by covering this song? He even uses that verse twice!

General Comment:Such an amazing cover, honestly the only rap I've ever enjoyed. So hilarious when they do it live, with completely straigh faces, and a barely detectable air of insecurity.

General Comment:"This song means so much to me. When my dog died last November, I fell into a deep depression. But then Ben Folds' cover carried me through the rough times and I came to realize: bitches ain't shit. I'm glad my dog is ****ing dead. I'm getting some goldfish instead." ......igotserv3d
