  General Comment:I have no idea about the King of Sweden, I think maybe she was in a drug induced dream?
  
  Missing significant number of verses from the original. Should end like this (following "...a million times" and the "hi de hi" bit after):

  Song Meaning:Re: Minnie the Moocher.There are documented 'drug' phrases (cokey, kicking the gong around) in the first two verses but I haven't seen any explanation about 'had a dream about the King of Sweden'. The whole business about the dream and King of Sweden also suggests drug references, to me. For thing, Sweden could conjure up 'white' as either opium or heroin. And a million $ worth of 'nickels and dimes', another rather strange phrase, could also refer to nickel and dime bags of grass. In Calloway's extended version, she and Smokie are arrested and she ends up where 'the crazies go', so it could well be a drug-related mental problem. Does anyone know of a source that explains the strange verses about the King of Sweden?
