  General Comment:This song is kind of a joke between Jack and his wife, his wife being French. He calls her beautiful in different languages but he doesn't know French hence he needs to find another way to communicate to her how pretty she is.

  General Comment:also, the romance languages are so similar that with different dialects, etc, it's entirely possible that a couple lines could be translated from more than one language.

  General Comment:Ok... This may be one of JJ's shorterst lyrics wise songs but the guitar is just spectacular... In my opinion its his best song Guitar Wise. And to clear things out... the 3rd line is Spanish & Portugueese....

  General Comment:If this song is ripping off of anyone it would be Joao Gilberto, as some other people mentioned, or just bossa nova in general. Try out the song Girl from Ipanema. It sounds just like this song...definitely worth a listen. Peace.
