I've listened this song since i was a young boy (90's) and i know the meaning only toning. I discovered this website while searching.
Taking a look at the lyrics i think it's an expression of love. Maybe toward a person or his home country.
Great song, beautiful really.
This is one of the most beautiful love songs I've ever heard. The message and words are just straight forward and I think anyone that is in love or has been in love before, in my case the latter will apperciate this song.
It just makes you feel good in general.
