Você precisa
Saber da piscina
Da margarina
Da Carolina
Da gasolina
Você precisa
Saber de mim
Baby, baby
Eu sei que é assim
Baby, baby
Eu sei que é assim

Você precisa
Tomar um sorvete
Na lanchonete
Andar com gente
Me ver de perto
Ouvir aquela canção do Roberto
Baby, baby
Há quanto tempo
Baby, baby
Há quanto tempo

Você precisa
Aprender inglês
Precisa aprender
O que eu sei
E o que eu não sei mas
E o que eu não sei mais

Não sei
Comigo vai tudo azul
Contigo vai tudo em paz
Vivemos na melhor cidade
Da América do Sul
Da América do Sul
Você precisa
Você precisa

Não sei
Leia na minha camisa
Baby, baby
I love you
Baby, baby
I love you

Baby, baby
I love you
Baby, baby

    heres the english translation:

Baby (Written by Caetano Veloso, English version: Os Mutantes) You know, you must take a look at the new land The swimming pool and the teeth of your friend The dirt in my hand You know, you must take a look at me Baby, baby I know that's the way You know, you must try the new ice cream flavor Do me a favor, look at me closer Join us and go far And hear the new sound of my bossa nova Baby, baby It's been a long time You know, it's time now to learn Portuguese It's time now to learn what I know And what I don't know And what I don't know And what I don't know I know, with me everything is fine It's time now to make up your mind We live in the biggest city of South America Of South America Of South America Look here, read what I wrote on my shirt Baby, baby I love you You do

i like the ending. the shirt that says 'baby, i love you' is really a cute idea.

The above lyrics are not quite a translation of the Portuguese. I think the song begins:

You need to know about the pool, about Carolina, about Gasoline.

You need to know about me...

Yeah, the english version from the 70's isn't a direct translation. My portuguese isn't the best, but here's a rough translation:

you need to know of the pool of margarine, of carolina, of gasoline you need to know of me

baby baby I know that it's so

you need to have an ice cream in the cafeteria, walking with people see me up close listen to the song by roberto

    baby baby how long

you need to learn english need to learn what I know and what I don't know yet

I know with me comes everything blue with you comes everything in peace we live in the best city of south america of south america you need to, you need to i don't know, read my shirt

    baby baby i love you

I think there's a few brazilian culture references that I don't totally get in there.

Also, listen to the original version with Gal Costa singing. It's classic, but very different from this one.

And the Wrapid's translation is correct

Everything blue, it's a expression that means everything's fine or something like this. Roberto (Carlos) it's Brazil's most famous singer, called The King (O rei), he's from that age, main singer of a musical movement of then "Vanguarda". And the best city of South America in the song is "Rio de Janeiro".

    • The Movement is called "Jovem Guarda" (I wrote wrong, don't know why, guess I'm tired)

Son Şansın - Şarkı Sözleri
Hayalperest
This song seemingly tackles the methods of deception those who manipulate others use to get victims to follow their demands, as well as diverting attention away from important issues. They'll also use it as a means to convince people to hate or kill others by pretending acts of terrorism were committed by the enemy when the acts themselves were done by the masters of control to promote discrimination and hate. It also reinforces the idea that these manipulative forces operate in various locations, infiltrating everyday life without detection, and propagate any and everywhere. In general, it highlights the danger of hidden agendas, manipulation, and distraction, serving as a critique of those who exploit chaos and confusion to control and gain power, depicting a cautionary tale against falling into their traps. It encourages us to question the narratives presented to us and remain vigilant against manipulation in various parts of society.

Plastic Bag
Ed Sheeran
“Plastic Bag” is a song about searching for an escape from personal problems and hoping to find it in the lively atmosphere of a Saturday night party. Ed Sheeran tells the story of his friend and the myriad of troubles he is going through. Unable to find any solutions, this friend seeks a last resort in a party and the vanity that comes with it. “I overthink and have trouble sleepin’ / All purpose gone and don’t have a reason / And there’s no doctor to stop this bleedin’ / So I left home and jumped in the deep end,” Ed Sheeran sings in verse one. He continues by adding that this person is feeling the weight of having disappointed his father and doesn’t have any friends to rely on in this difficult moment. In the second verse, Ed sings about the role of grief in his friend’s plight and his dwindling faith in prayer. “Saturday night is givin’ me a reason to rely on the strobe lights / The lifeline of a promise in a shot glass, and I’ll take that / If you’re givin’ out love from a plastic bag,” Ed sings on the chorus, as his friend turns to new vices in hopes of feeling better.
