Waking ten times to take a piss
You can taste the cancer in my morning kiss
Scratch the rash on my back it's perfect bliss
You want a life companion and you're getting this
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
You have to look away of every meal
Inconvenient but that's the deal
This it what, we become when nothing's real
Mental wounds that never heal
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
You can taste the cancer in my morning kiss
Scratch the rash on my back it's perfect bliss
You want a life companion and you're getting this
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
You have to look away of every meal
Inconvenient but that's the deal
This it what, we become when nothing's real
Mental wounds that never heal
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times
Man, can get a few dimes
And man can get it a few times

However, the lyrics seem to be talking about one inflicted with cancer and simply waiting to die. His lover, of course, is there with him through the duration of the end. The title depicts love for death as redemption from the burden he is on his lover, less than a morbid self-interested desire.

About the repetition, and suckiness of life. It's from a sexually frustrated, and probably old man's perspective. But by old, not like old as in age but worn out from life, et cetera. If you saw the video you can understand the repetition better since it just shows the man going back and forth between his job :(
And he probably think his girlfriend deserves better, obviously, "You want a life companion and you're getting this," the tone of the song isn't really suggesting that the speaker is up to par with the woman's expectations.
Yeah, life can suck sometimes. No money or sex. That's why there's bands! Wheee!
Lol, I can't wait till someone owns me and say that I'm completely wrong.
