Lyrics for Teen Angst as interpreted by one*name*famous

Teen Angst Lyrics
How fast we burn
How fast we cry
The more we learn
The more we die
The more we learn
The more we cry
How fast we burn
How fast we die
I hear the planet crying now
I hear the planet crying now

I wish every time someone was just trapped in this ......surreal moment.

That this song would immediately start playing no matter where they were at.

And they could fall in love with it like everyone on the planet -should- be doing.

Many folks believe their days get so complicated because they have too much to do and never enough time to do it in. This song stops us to appreciate the little time we have to enjoy the moments that should mean the most to us. Especially our times in youth, when love is first discovered, and sends us flying through the universe, the way the song seems to be doing.

"I am so glad we're crying," the lyrics I hear in the end, is the appreciation someone has for having a soul.

The video for this song was beautiful, too. In the beggining, you can see the same exact seen of her getting into the boy's car as in Don't Save Us from the Flames.

best. song. ever. written.

"Before the Dawn Heals Us" is comparable to "Funeral" and "Low Level Owl" in terms of how important their music, vision, and messages are to people.

M83 makes me cry in a good way. Their music is just so fucking beautiful.

I also heard this song on a trailer of "A Scanner Darkly."

Absolutely fantastic song from the French electronica king. This can be found on the 'Before the Dawn Heals Us' album, and although that album is brilliant, their previous album, 'Dead Cities, Red Seas and Lost' is even BETTER.

Call me an idiot or call me lame if you will, but I was listening to this song while speeding down the highway a month or so ago, and much like in Perks of Being a Wallflower, I felt infinite.

This song is gorgeous =]. This is one of those songs that proves emotion doesn't have to be portrayed through lyrics.

This is one of the most amazing songs I've ever heard because it creates an atmosphere and traps you in it literally for the length of the track. Its the most atmospheric song that I can personally list. It captures the 'Everything is NOT going to be OK' moral of A Scanner Darkly PERFECTLY.

She isn't singing Teen Angst during the chorus, she's saying "the more we learn"

That's just what it sounds like to me the first chorus, but the last one just sounds different when there isn't as much music playing.

Try listening to this song while riding on and airplane and looking out the window.

I tried it and it literally blew me away.

This is what I hear:

How fast we burn
How fast we cry
Sooner we live
Sooner we die

*in the back round* so much to lose

Teen Angst x2

Sooner we live
Sooner we cry
How fast we burn
How fast we die

*in the back round* so much to lose

Teen Angst *repeated*

I'm so glad we cry *repeated*

yeah, I dunno.
