    General Comment:I didnt actually think this song was about anything but the idea of it meaning being on top of your game sounds quite right, It is Juliette Lewis that sings on this track and she also sings on hotride and the spitfire i reckon is the old british plane cos ats what the stage was decorated with when i saw them at t in the park 05, hope that helps

    General Comment:to be exact it was just a fighter plane used by the british in dog fights, it was far from a jet, synonymous with british air forces.
    though I think this song lacks any specific meaning, still a good song though
