    I think it means,that if shes been held down "trying" to do the right thing always..maybe to please everyone else,and everyone wants her to be one way,but shes saying she has a right to be wrong..a right to make her own decisions..a right to choose for her self..and if she makes mistakes by living her life and her own decisions...she has a right to be wrong!..way to go...

    I think this song means one of two things:
    1.) I'm new here- I don't know the ropes yet, so I shouldn't be lynched for the mistakes I've made.
    2.) I'm new here, and these guys are all like "Like me, like me, like me... You are soooo WRONG for not liking me...", and that's where I come in and I'm like, "I've got a RIGHT to be wrong!"

    bah... just a thought.
