    General Comment:The song is about trust. The lyrics talk about a girl who really wants to connect and get to know this guy. She wants him to express his feelings, thoughts, and emotions to her. She emphasizes that she will keep his secrets all to herself. She wants him to trust her.

    General Comment:What I like about alicia keys especially in her early years is how raw sounding and even a bit raspy her voice was. And how she and her piano could tell a story all by themselves,without the backing tracks and up tempo beats. I miss that even today. But this song was really good. I saw it as not just about a connection, but about vulnerability. Even more so, a mans vunerability. Because men are seen as strong providers who bottle everything up. So I find it beautiful that A man can be human enough to be able to open up to a woman and I pride the fact that she respects his secrets by keeping them to herself. It will only bring them closer. Plus having Tony, Toni, Tone on the track only made it more convincing.

    General Comment:What I like about Alicia Keys is that some of her songs seemes to be a rough cut, kind of unrefined, almost likes its a run through of the song but then they end up liking it. I surely like it. Beautiful song. This song is about having a connection with someone and wanting to win their trust.

    General Comment:I'm in love with this song.

    I honestly don't think the song is about an intimate (boyfriend/girlfriend) relationship. I believe it's about having that 1 close person, your best friend, that you love so much (maybe more? but nothing can happen) and have an amazing comfort level with each other. Things can be said, and the person automatically knows it can't be repeated to another.

    My favorite line:
    "I feel such a connection/Even when you're far away."

    Such an amazing song.

    General Comment:Its about the intimacy in a relationship - the trust and sharing of 'secrets'.

    Now i dont want to spoil the song for anyone, but i partly think it could be an affair that is being referred to and thus the constant reference to keeping secrets...

    Having said that the references to secrets could just be emphasis of that crucial ingredient for a relationship - trust.

    General Comment:An incredible song. One of my favourites from Alicia. Yeah this song is definitely very personal and so intimate - such a bedroom song, hehe. It's a gorgeous song, so romantic and passionate.
    I love playing this on piano.. its a beautiful melody.
    She is just sooo talented, its amazing. Ive seen her live - shes just awesome!!!
