There are different forms of this urban legend.
One is that the boy was bullied so badly that he killed himself.
Example of the first type:

Do you also believe that Coca Cola was once green? And that a Japanese man is making Bonsai kittens? And that there's a girl named Penny Brown's missing? And that if you don't forward a chain letter to 20 people in the next 5 minutes that you'll wake up with a monster sitting on your chest, with it's long, thin, furry fingers wrapped around your throat?
