Well, it was originally called Treblinkah before it was put on the new album.

I adore this song. I get weird looks when I wander around the singing the opening lines. :P

This song's based on film The Pianist. I just think it's interesting, taking common themes like love and sex and putting it against a backdrop people don't generally associate those themes with - ie. the Holocaust.

Even if it isn't about the pianist its still obviously about the holocaust. I get chills from this song. And the music video work well with the meaning.

max interviewed his grandparents about the holocaust before he wrote this.

treblinkah was one of the concentration camps in the holocaust. it must have been where his poor grandparents sent.
