We're all living in America
America is wonderful
We're all living in America
America, America
When there's dancing I want to lead
even if you're whirling around alone
Let yourselves be controlled a little
I'll show you how it really goes
We'll make a nice round dance
Freedom will play on all violins
Music will come out of the White House
and Mickey Mouse will stand in front of Paris
We're all living in America
America is wonderful
We're all living in America
America, America
I know moves that are very useful
and I will protect you from missteps
And whoever doesn't want to dance at the end
doesn't know yet that they must
We'll make a nice round dance
I will show you the way
Santa Claus will come to Africa
and Mickey Mouse will stand in front of Paris
We're all living in America
America is wonderful
We're all living in America
America, America
We're all living in America
Coca-Cola, Wonderbra
We're all living in America
America, America
This is not a love song
This is not a love song
I don't sing my mother tongue
No, This is not a love song
We're all living in America
America is wonderful
We're all living in America
America, America
We're all living in America
Coca-Cola, sometimes war
We're all living in America
America, America
America is wonderful
We're all living in America
America, America
When there's dancing I want to lead
even if you're whirling around alone
Let yourselves be controlled a little
I'll show you how it really goes

Despite we have more american soldiers in germany than our own, warfare isn't realy popular anymore (although we've been good at it) and america is viewed as the power whos trying to force us to it.
I think thats more of the point, the fear of cultural or economical influence is'nt that far spread in europe or germany or especially the berlin/potsdam sqatersceane where rammstein has its roots
I may be digging a bit deep, and it's just probably a reference to our "the Joneses keep up with me" attitude as a country (needing to be the first to the moon), but I can't help but think maybe Rammstein are moon landing conspiracy theorists that don't believe we made it to the moon; that it's sort of a false ego booster to improve morale?
It doesn't get more obvious than "Coca-Cola, sometimes war." I had to check to make sure, but this was written and released at the beginning of the Iraqi invasion. Coca-Cola = we're fat, lazy and ignorant, sometimes war = sarcastic reference to the ridiculous amounts of foreign engagements we've been in since WW2. We sit back enjoying our ice cold Coca-Cola and cheering on the ole' war(s) being fought to make the poor poorer, and the rich richer.
To those that questioned the significance of pinball, it's probably just a reference to our leisurely lifestyle; pinball was basically the predecessor to our video games and arcades. Cliffs: "let me see you stripped."
The songmeaning is pretty clear to me. And it's been stated plenty in here. American Imperialism.. Empire Earth. I wonder how long it will be before learning Chinese will be a must.. You know the "Red-Shield" family resides in China.. (Rothschild) I hope hell exists, just because people like them need to burn so bad..
Fucking love these guys. (:
But what's with all the hate for America out there; the whole globalizing thing is a bunch of bullshit. I mean, think about it, most of the big boys owning the flashy companies are from foreign countries anyway.
No matter what anyone says about us, we're the shit, yeah, and everyone knows it's true. We have the best military, the best doctors, lawyers, the best everything. There truly is a reason why everyone immigrates here. we might lack culture and be quite a consumer society, but we do share ^_^.Hence "glabalization" ppl are just jealous; that's why they like to pick on us, I mean we're behind almost every big idea or discovery.
Who landed man on the moon? Who started industrialization (& don't lie, you know you like electricity, flushable toilets and even cheeseburgers) Who created the first Democratic country? (Greece takes some of the credit but that was different) We're pretty much behind every single "Erureka". We help other countries, fuck we're the ones that created the Peace Corps. and donate to every fucking country, even the ones that don't like us.
So other countries, stop whining and bitching about America, if you want your country to be as popular then fucking do something about it and get your ass out there to help the countries you fucked up: Yeah Europe, you, it was the Eruropean countries after all that ruined, India, Africa, and gave birth to Hitler.
And yeah, Bush is the shit, at least he did something to revenge his ppl unlike a bunch of European countries that I won't mention that would have given up on WW2 if it wasnt for America.
As an American you can either be proud or not - or both at the same time - hypocrites.
i wont blame you for what your ancestors did, so you wont blame me for what mine did (i'm german btw.), cause none of us did do anything wrong.
but america is fighting a war right now, a war against the world, against me, and against its own folks.
and its even dangerous than nazi-deutschland (even though they wont hunt for juish people), since now we have complete new situation:
for the first time in history, a country is actually mighty enough to fuck the world, with lies - not weapons.
and noone will know what goes on until its too late, cause 90% will be busy watching stupid people tv, buying useless products, being told about terrifying terrorists/terror/terrorism (not considering that their government is smart and mighty enough to make them believe whatever they want them to) or being busy with not listening to the 10% of smart people.
so how late is it?
