this song continues with the whole concept. the concept is seeming to become redundant and pestering. u know like all everyone says is 'the concept this' and 'the concept that'.
none-the-less this songs goes along with the concet he is singing to the girl killing all of these people for. he starting to wonder that they might not be together forever like he thinking. and all he has are so many memories of her. whoever said before that he is questioning if she loved him as much...they were right. i just can't figure out 'for all the ghost that are never gonna catch me.

IfShadosRoteDiaries, i don't think that's what the song is about. I think it could be taken that way. But NO, it goes along with the concept. but the great thing about their songs is that they all follow the concept and all of them can also be taken in other ways too.

It's kinda like everything they say has double meanings.

this song prolly means something different to me then what it means to most other people. to me this song is about getting over a first love and moving on to the next. its about trying to move on and finally being able too because you met someone who amazing and didnt even compare to the first. but at the same time being scared to move on because of how hurt you were in the past, yet telling yourself that no matter what happens you will be ok.

this is my favorite lyric from this song, i think it says it all.

if i fall, if i fall down"

i know that is prolly wayy off from what the song is supposed to mean, but that is just how i can relate it to what i am going thru right now.

I think Mikey and Gerards grandparents are spanish.

I also think this song was written about his grandma and fits in nicely with the concept.

ello. i think this song is about two people. and i think one of them made some mistakes, so the other left. and now that the mistake-maker has realized what they have done wrong, and what they has lost, and yet they canot get their true love back. its about feeling a person with you and all around you, but they arent really there. wanting something or someone so bad, but you cant have them. no matter how hard you try they might as well be dead. amazing song, very deep and full of insecurity and fear like some of you said. gerard wrote this little ditty all my his lonesom and its one of his best. he really lets it out. which is amazing. (applause)

i love the song. i cant say anything about it that no one hasnt already said about it though. i will just add that its a song that i like because it kinda feels like a sad, depressing song where there isnt any hope.
