heres wat I'm thinking
guy gets arrested...taken to jail
he's documenting things there, like his cellmate
and...what they make him...do
it seems like he's not doing...things with the guys...or trying not to, and it seems like he's hoping for death...but he's promising somebody (hopefully a girl) that he'll kiss her lips again...
even though it does seem like he's doing...queer things in there...that girlish laugh really rings "QUEER" to me...

it's a absolutely fantastic....just like all of my chemical romances stuff....they would have to be one of the most amazing lyrics writers in the world next to aiden and a cutthroat kiss....the metaphors they use can mean different things to different people, so if you're depressed or happy you can interpret them different ways depending on how you're feeling

This is a song about gay people in prison, through and through. Press-ups in drag, 'what they ask of you' - probably being forced into sex by jail-bent criminals, then the chorus about two men as God has made them, 'kiss your lips' - the title, yeah, it's all there. And the 'take it like a man' sounds very fishy too.
