yeah, he was caught on camera having sex with their previous drummer matt pellisier on january the 29th.
they made a porn video out of it, and put it on kazaa lite, it led to sooooooo much pressure they killed matt and made "rock on" out of pure pressure.
of course the sand castle was reconstructed in order to continue recording.
