Aisha
We've only just met
And I think you ought to know
I'm a murderer
Babies need blood

I have a portrait on my wall
He's a serial killer
I thought he wouldn't escape
Aisha
He got out

We live in a cemetery
A cold and barren place
And science runs with us
Making us Gods

The rules are all wrong
Every perversion is justified
The art people eat dead bodies
Anything goes around here

I still wanna be human again
What am I?
What am I?
I'm a murderer

Aisha!
I'm confused
Aisha!
I'm vibrating

I'm a murderer
The Gods all suck

Maybe it's just abstract? and not meant to have any specific meaning? That was my first assumption, I thought he was just singing about a character being a murderer, but then I considered another possibility....

Paying close attention to the fact it mentions science turning us into Gods if we are not careful. I think it's actually referring to fetal research, as in stemcell research on aborted babies, or even the prospect of cloning, bio-engineering in general. The scientist, is a murderer....

"Aisha we've only just met, but I think you ought to know, I'm a scientist that plays God with the world and borders on the extremeties of morality and ethics"

The second verse is just making the comparison, its like saying, whats the difference between a murderer and this guy? how are they any different, and then in the 3rd, we get introduced to the fact that he is possibly a scientist, the rest speaks for itself, the rules are all wrong, every perversion is justified, I still want to be human, but what am I? I'm a murderer...
