The way he sings and the lyrics perfectly capture the feeling. It is just a great song that always puts a smile on my face because it has always given me that comforting feeling that love is real.

    General Comment:alot of people are saying its uncharachsteristic of the counting crows, that is doesn't sound like them and it isn't something they would usually write about, and I agree with that. But I think thats what makes this song so great, is that it isn't typical of them, and love can do that to all people. Don't get me wrong I love the crows, but most of their music is on the sadder, more deeper side of things, where this song is expressing emotions of love in the most plain and simple ways. When your in love, it can catch you off guard- you don't want to fall in love - but it happens. Love makes you ridiclously happy,you forget about any problems it ever might of given you before. You go around with the biggest grin on your face for no reason at all, and thats what this song does to me!

    General Comment:There are a lot of comments out there about the corny-ness of this song. Sure its corny, but you can't appreciate the non-corny stuff without the corny stuff, and occasionally a corny song like Accidently in Love will come out and turn into a sensation of enjoyment everytime you hear the beginning. The lyrics are trite yet fresh and genious at the same time. Its the typical love song twisted and spun just enough to be unique without being over-done.
