I know a girl who broke her foot (or ankle) and also loves taking pictures. I was always miserable around her because I love her and she never really answered me back, so she would constantly be asking me, "What's Wrong?"

My answer: "Nothing, I'm okay. Nothing's wrong."

This song kind of shot the whole thing down perfectly.

ok...i heard this song...got it...put it on my mp3 player...started walking to class...suddenly started feeling not okay...and began wondering what would happen if I slit my wrists and ran down this giant hill, so the loss of blood would make me pass out before I tripped so I could watch my bloodied body rock and roll down the hill as I rose into the clouds.

poppy fun at first, but then it gets annoying...

Actually, I thought this song meant something along the lines of letting down someone who idolizes you as being above-the-rest. You can sort of see the correlation...

The suicide correlation makes alot more sense though. Kind of reminds me of this one girl I know. She wears me out with her "i hate myself" shit. I see the same correlation in alot of songs...God, she wears me out.

The song is great, i like the two versions of the video. And also the radio edit to this song is sweet aswell, replacing "I'm not o-fucking-kay" with "I'm really not okay". Either one I go fucking nuts over when it plays..and i just freak out.

Wow thanks for the insight guys. It does make sense.

I too have been in that situation. Like I had a lot of girl's as friends because I get along so well with girls. And I secretly had a crush on most of them. But its like no matter how much fun you have with them, how close you get to them, they don't seem to look at you in that way.

Ugh!

So lately I've known that it just has to be the right chemistry and I'm a really passionate person who gets in some pretty intense relationships right from the upstart. So its like, if it doesn't click right away, or there is no definite "love thing" going then it usually ends up as the dirty term... *gulp* ... FRIENDS... LOL

i heard that this song is based on the highschool bullshit teen angst crap. I saw the video on Fuse the other night and its them just making total fools of themselves in highschool.in my opinon they just pin point what a pain the fucking ass everything around this age is.

I think everyone's pretty much got this song pinned. It's basically about how sucky and tough highschool can be and the fact that usually when asked kids don't say "I'm not okay."
