    General Comment:There is a faster but more deadpan version of this song on an old demo tape of theirs - you can find it on soulseek I think. The only difference between the two versions is that in the faster one he changes the emphasis of the words "you know" on the the first line so that it rhymes with "although" later on, so that its:
    We could be from the same mother you know
    Maybe we are brothers
    I don't think that he said anything although
    It was obviously said and strongly and wise

    The rhyme is less obvious on the LP version.

    General Comment:I get the idea that he's talking about another guy who "got the girl" instead of him (thus the lines about envy and jealousy), yet he realizes the guy is just like himself. He hates him for doing what he would have done himself.
