  General Comment:I don't understand why everyone keeps pigeonholing FF or Alex as a "Gay" band/Artist just because they made one song about a sexy dude. There's at least 7 other songs on this album where it's implied or directly stated to be about a woman. Gay or Straight is not the only way to be as some people are assuming. He could be bi, pansexual, or just felt like singing from a different perspective than the traditional straight male one, which is likely seeing as how he also sings from the perspective of a woman sometimes as well.

    It's a song. You can envision the singer and/or Michael being anyone...and a relationship between a male and female. I love the band and I like this song. My mind hears male/female lust, and considering it's about dancing (and dancing can be very sexy/erotic) I love this track.

  Song Meaning:No one of the band is gay (not that we know about, at least.)
  Alex Kapras said about the origin of the song:
  "It was one night when me and the band were out with friends from Glasgow, and we went to this warehouse dance party thing called Disco X. It was a very debauched night and these two friends got it together in a very sexy way."
  
  So, no, they are not gay, but I do believe seeing something like that causes a great impression (just in case, that wasn't meant in a bad way at all).

  General Comment:you know i love this song to death because it's really catchy and i'm pretty sure the lead singer isn't gay he just ran out of stuff to sing about...believe me that happens alot when you're a musician. Writers block D: lol

    I would venture to guess that many musicians (the ones who do earn boat loads of money and have fans tossing themselves at them daily) swing both ways...it's more about instant gratification than it is about orientation. The days of self-regulation and a sense of morality are pretty much gone for most people, and when one is in a position of power (fame and wealth as well), s/he probably has tried many things (for lack of a better word) that the average person may have avoided. Nowadays there is little restraint and sex has become purely recreation for many.

  General Comment:I love this song. My boyfriend's name is Michael, so I always play it when he's at my house. I never until now considered it a song about homosexuality... a bit of a slap in the face... haha. I still love it, though. Very catchy.
