I can't believe nobody has commented yet on this song. It's really one of my fave Nickelback songs. It's actually kind of a nice song too. The only thing I wonder is why they aren't together all of the time. He had to beg her to fly there and see him. Still a nice beat and fun to sing along to.

This song has a lot of personal meaning to me. My boyfriend and I live a few hours apart, and so I have to drive down there. (he doesn't have his license yet...) I usually stay two or three days, and I've always gone down on the weekend. Well, we've had a trend of arguing once a week, usually right after my visit. (it sounds worse than it is) So when we don't argue for a week it's a little odd.

The funny thing is, every trip down and every trip home I hear this song on the radio.

It sounds like this guy misses his ex and begs her to at least come and see. Well, one thing leads to another, and, "for 48 hours I don't think we ever left the hotel room". "This time it's like the two of us should probably start to fight" Sounds to me like this guy and this girl broke up once before but got back together, and things worked out this time, for now..."Looking back each time they tried to tell me" His friends and family are warning him that it's not going to last, but they go at it again. Don't know, could be wrong.

i can relate to this song because i jst left the country i grew up in a few months ago and left all the people i loved and my whole life behind.

This song is about how the singer, one man who never seemed to have good luck with women, finally met someone whom he loves with a burning passion. Sadly, they live far apart. mb20rox111, "this time it's like the two of us should probably start to fight" is taking something out of context. If you listen to the way he sings along with the lyrics, you'll notice that the whole sentence is, "this time it's like the two of us should probably start to fight 'cause something's gotta go wrong 'cause I'm feelin' way too damn good." If we also look, we see "Everytime I turn around, I fall in love and fall my heart face down."

i live this song.....me and my boyfriends usually dont last long because one of us starts fighting with the other abotu stupid stuff....the one i'm with now.......this is how i feel.....about him.......i'm so scared that somethings gonna go wrong.....because at this point...everything is perfect

I am listening to this song right now.... I like it, anyways for me I think this song is about how a relationship is going great and he just knows something gotta go wrong because he is actually going good, I think this probabaly explains me when something is going good, I know something going to ruin it because its just my luck :(

Its about an off and on relationship because he feels like everytime it gets goin good something bad has to happen to ruin it all.

I don't think it is as cheery and happy as some of you think. First, none of NB songs are very happy. Second, you have to listen to the tone of the lyrics. Just reading them they may sound happy, but in reality, they have more negative undertones.

This sounds like the usual NB, Fucked up relationship, they are just screwing with minimal feelings, both know realistically it wont work, but its good sex! for the time being...

most likely about a relationship while on tour.

He's happy that she's with him because he missed her. and all they have been doing is making love because they haven't seen each other in so long. He's kind of waiting for something bad to happen because everythings going perfect so far and it isn't like them to not fight even a little bit.

this song means alot to me, my boyfriend and i have been together for 2 years, the first year we were 8 hours apart, and this year we are 2 hours apart. the long distance is hard, but we get a chance to relish in a real relationship in summer/winter breaks. until then, the distance is hard, but we try to make it work through all the arguements (which really are just fights instigated by us just missing eachother, and picking at stupid little things) because what we have is beyond great... and we know we're lucky... but its alot of dedication and resilience, and sometimes you just feel down about it which is totally normal. so bascially for me its about our relationship and how we try to make things work in the end because we know what we have is great. thats what this song means to me.
