With all of this I know now
Everything inside of my head
It all just goes to show how
Nothing I know changes me at all
Again I waited for this to change instead
To tear the world in two
Another night with her
But I'm always wanting you

Use me Holly come on and use me
We know where we go
Use me Holly come on and use me
We go where we know

With all of this I feel now
Everything inside of my heart
It all just seems to be how
Nothing I feel pulls at me at all
Again I waited for this to pull apart
To break my time in two
Another night with her
But I'm always wanting you

Use me Holly come on and use me
We know where we go
Use me Holly come on and use me
We go where we know

She's all I need
She's all I dream
She's all I'm always wanting
She's all I need
She's all I dream
She's all I'm always wanting you
I'm always wanting you
I'm always wanting you

Use me Holly come on and use me
We know where we go
Use me Holly come on and use me
We go where we know

She's all I need
She's all I dream
She's all I'm always wanting
She's all I need
She's all I dream
She's all I'm always wanting you

And all again I wait for this
To fill a whole, to shake the sky in two
Another night with her
I'm always wanting you
Another night with her
But I'm always wanting you

Song Meaning:I think the main meaning behind the song is because of the story that loads of comments have; that a girl called Holly used Tom to get to his brother, hence the lyric from the chorus. But I think they also intended it to mean the other way too, the way people first take it as in; (me) a guy in a relationship with a girl (Holly) but the guy loves someone else, so it's as if Holly is using the guy, as he doesn't want her. I doubt the literal meaning to Hollywood. The "Holly let me out!" lyric from Easy Target refers to him wanting to get out of the relationship, I don't think Hollywood. But that's just me

My Opinion:This song is gorgeous. I am a huge blink-182 fan, but an ever bigger Cure fan. I absolutely adore Robert Smith. His voice really adds to the depth of this song. I almost think of it as a The Cure song, featuring blink-182, because it has such a post-punk feel to it. Beautiful.

General Comment:actually, this song is not about him wanting to be with a girl who is already in a relationship. its about them be in Hollywood and going through everything they went.
If you listen to Easy Target they say "Holly let me out", as getting out of Hollywood.

My Interpretation:I'm goin through this very mess right now. I'm in a relationship with this girl but I'm in love with my best friend. She could never see me anything more than a friend, and she used me to get to my brother, to whom she just got with not long ago.

I really connect with the part nearing the end of each verse where Robert mentions something coming "in two"
I always hope for some epic change or something dramatic to happen: that I fall in love with the girl I'm with, who I feel I really should be with. But I never fall for her, no matter how hard I wish. I'm always loving my best friend.

General Comment:To me, this song is about a guy who's in an actual relationship with someone, but they want someone else who they just csn't get over. I've been there, done that. I may have had feelings for the person i was dating, but i know just in my heart, that i wanted that person more. Even if they did wanna "use" me for anything. I just cared and missed them so much. I didn't cheat, but i just know how i felt...and before and after the relationship, i can't tell you that i didn't do anything with my "Holly". I just couldn't help it. But my "Holly" doesn't see me that way. i know he just uses me, so i don't know why i keep wanting him. Hm. I just know i love this song soooo much. And Blink made a really good choice for letting him sing it. Not that i don't love them <3

General Comment:I remember when this came out, I was fucking floored. My best friend bought it for me--before I even realized blink and Robert collaborated. They were two of my favorite bands at the time (still are) Love it!
