  My Interpretation:I personally think that song mean different things to different people depending on peoples life experience and a lot of us will pick out individual lines as they mean something to us.
  the first verse :

  Remember me, special needs
  
  To me means when everyone else had got what they wanted and is big in the world and im left behind remember me with special needs.
  
  Just 19 and sucker's dream I guess I thought you had the flavor
  Well im 19 right now lol so to me it describes how i feel now at 19 years old. everyone is progressing while my ambitions are still a "suckers dream" even when everyone thought id be doing something.
  
  Remember me when you clinch your movie deal
  same as first verse^^^^
  
  And think of me stuck in my chair that has four wheels
  when i die^^^
  
  Remember me through flash photography and screams
  the crime scene that everyone thought id be dead before 16 years old.^^^

  Just 19 and dream obscene with six months off for bad behavior
  like i said im 19 right now and when i have dreams i have obscene nightmares so thats what that means to me.
  six months off for bad behavior to me means when i was growing up everyone told me i had a mental health problem well now im 19 this year i found out its not mental health it a disability i have. it might not have been 6 months but 7 years of being told that your wrong when you know yourself the best. being made to feel like your being bad when you know you cant help it. it doesnt make sense. its like being in a prison in your head.
  
  now i know and i say proudly... I wasnt bad! im disabled! and im happy!

    oh sorry just thought of something else. part of my disability is that even though i know for a fact no one is there i pretend people are there almost like when a child engages in imaginary play and in the video the people act out making out but there is really no one there. just like what i do :( so maybe they are talking a about a specific kind of special needs aswel :/

  Memory:You know guys what, I remember when I was 9 or 10-years-olds, I read the story of the death of the well-known gambler, unfortunately the name of that story has slipped from me for good(it was something in Russian undoubtedly), but the gist of it and some particular details still stay pretty legibly in my mind. I recall , for sure, that it was written in Russian and I was dwelling at Russia then, as well that I did not English at that time(that narration was actually a school assignment). Well the point why I'm, at all, bringing this whole thing up is that I quite distinctively remember that a catafalque (hearse) in that story was called as "four-wheels-chair", and the protagonist of that story was a famous gambler which has won a lot of money and which has met one extraordinary girl and, in 6 months, they had spent all his money. But in the end he puts up a fight in the pothouse to save his 19-years-olds gal( he was also young, by the way) from getting killed, supposedly, for theft and he gets in ” four-wheels-chair”, aftermath. All what was left after him to her was his photography. As regards that gal, she managed to stay alive and every year she came to the cemetery to "remember" him. And there's one little nuance all the events of that story took place in 19th century.

  My Interpretation:I always assumed it was about an older man that fell in love with a 19 year old girl, and while she still has her whole life in front of her, he's getting older. He's thinking about what their futures will be like, and that she'll become a movie star, and that at some point in time he'll end up in a wheelchair, old and disabled, while she's still out there living her life, and he hopes that she still thinks of him...
  
  Well, that's what I thought.

  General Comment:its about a handicapped man, that when he was 19 years old he had a girlfriend, and later she became famous and he a handicapped,so he wants that she remember he and who he was for her.
  
  thats why the video is about remembering the past, thats why they are having sex with nothing, cuz they are remembering.
  
  thats why he says suckers dream, and dream obscene, because be famous for him is impossible.

  My Interpretation:ok, so I'm not sure if anyone has said this specifically, but this is my interpretation of the lyrics. It's about 2 people (friends im guessing), they had a fight, one was crippled by the other, the guy who did it went to jail, the other got stuck in a wheel chair. The guy who crippled him, had dreams of being a movie star, and he suceeded. Everyone knows what he did, but they are all lying about it (Remember me when everyone's noses start to bleed) and pretending it didn't happen, because that would ruin this "movie stars" reputation. But the guy singing wants him to always remember what he's done, no matter how famous he is.

  My Interpretation:I always thought this song was about two friends (or brothers) that were really close as children. The brother singing the song is crippled and has "special needs". When the brothers age and mature they seperate. It is truly sad because the one with "special needs" feels so loving towards the other brother and when they grow the brother this song is to abandons him. I always thought this was about childhood friendship and as people age they seperate for different reasons, and some of those reasons, as described in this song, are not pleasant. This song is beautiful and has a strong sense of melancholy in it. It is sad because I would be the brother that abandoned his childhood friend.
  
  I also like the idea that this is about someone who was hurt by someone and they are saying "I hope you remember what you did to get where you are".

  General Comment:I believe that this is about a person who is physically disabled, and he was with a partner who became famous and stopped being with him, partially because of embarassment. So he's saying "Remember me" like a "think about how you hurt me" sort of thing.
