I'm pretty sure the writer faced a similar dilemma, although not exactly in the same way. This song is about a love that cannot be.
p.s. I love the first line I qouted too <3
so the tiger lilly part, the tiger is a dangerous animal, and the lilly is a beautiful flower, so id say that the title says that the relationship is beautiful, but dangerous. adding onto that, the tiger lilly is a flower that only blooms during the summer, which goes along with my summer comment.
but idk thats my interpretation lol.
