    General Comment:She is talking about those slutty, cheesy, fake celebrities because their in the illuminati and her 8 year sister is dressing up like them.

    General Comment:I know this isn't the real meaning, but it sort of sounds to me like a song about suicide, where someone close to her believed it was the best solution to all problems, a view she disagreed with; 'no flaws when you're pretending... You don't know how you betrayed me... And I don't love you any more' etc. Just a little.

    General Comment:I know this is about her little sister, but it means more to me.

    To me its a person who is putting on all these shows and facades. Just like the woman in the video, she is an actress and a model and she can't understand how people can adore that person because she knows the truth behind that person and she doesn't love the lie anymore.

    Song Meaning:During an interview, Lee explained: "My little sister was really getting into these, I don't want to offend anyone, but like really fake, cheesy, slutty female cracker-box idols, and it really pissed me off. She started dressing like them and she was like 8 years old. So I gave her the talk and I wrote a song." She later revealed that the song was written for American pop singers Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera adding, "At this point, everybody knows that Britney is fake. The song is not about Britney Spears; it's about a lot of people in this industry. It's so fake, the whole Hollywood thing. 'Look at how perfect I am!' Nobody looks like that. It's all fake and it's really hurting a lot of girls' and women's self images. Where are all the normal people?"

    General Comment:I honestly do not think she is singing about herself at all. She speaks of deep betrayal masked by lies; an ocean of lies. She believed a lie which influenced her perception of the worldanaherd, her world. The betrayer is without shame and seeks to exploit Amy's weaknesses and flaws while never knowing her at all, "have you no shame, don't you see me, somehow you've got everybody fooled." Once becoming completely damaged by the lies she claims, "you're not real and you can't save me," indicating that the guilty party perhaps wants to escape thier responsibility for the wreckage and become an icon of salvation while she is face down in the dirt. They are self indulgent in that they gain self worth from deceiving and manipulating others.

    My Interpretation:To me this song is about you knowing something, maybe a friend, that you liked, maybe even admired. And then you realized... that isn't really them. The person they're projecting is just someone that they want people to like. And they're kind of arrogant, and they don't really respect you. This is you saying 'I have had enough.'

    My Interpretation:I guess how i see this song is it's about someone who has had a bad past, a bad reputation, etc. she
    s built up a new world, she's sorted out her problems, and she finally fits in to some extent. but in making this new status she lost everything she liked about herself beforehand, and it's eating away at her because she is beginning to hate what she's become. nobody truly knows her, she's fooled them all, but at the same time she's lost herself, and become a fool to status and reputation.

    General Comment:honestly i think that this song means that its a popular girl that everyone wants to be and every guy loves, but once she gets home shes not the person everyone sees. for enstance, it could be that a popular girl with a druggy dad and abusive mom and she hides it to anyone and everyone. thats what i think this song means.
