  General Comment:ok I was on itunes and i searched "haley" because thats my name. i saw this song in the listing of songs. soooo yeah. so i kinda think its bout a girl named haley.. ive never heard of this band til today. so i will admit that i know nothing about this band.

  General Comment:this song reminds me of the anime 'deathnote' and the relationship between L and light, the two main characters 'my hands around your troat and i think i hate you' the desire 2 end eachothers life is hidden but they are great friends its just the fate of the hole situation which brout them 2gether n will also curse them 2 kill eachother coz of there differences. :) WOW thinking about it all the lyics n everything describes the ANIME LIKE ALOT! *.* x me likie

  General Comment:Straight forward song. They took the quote "I'll love you until the day I die" which already holds a lot of emotion and just put so much more into it that it couldn't be anything less than amazing. This song shows that when you do finally find that true love, it will be some of the most raw emotion that you will ever feel. No matter what happens, you will always love them till the end.
  
  "As years go by I race the clock with you. But if you died right now, you know that I'd die to."
  
  -This is my favorite line of the song. It's simple, but so true to so many people. I've seen it before. Once you've spent most of your life with the one you love, learn to live no other way, and they die, the other slowly dies too, because without them, there is no point.
  
  "We'll make the same mistakes, I'll take the fall for you. I hope you need this now cause I know I still do."
  
  -Everyone makes mistakes, we're all human. He's saying that even when it was her fault, he still took the blame, because he loved her that much. He still needs her, and he hopes that she still needs him too.
  
  
  "My hands are at your throat, and I think I hate you. We made the same mistakes. Mistakes like friends do."
  
  -If you truely care about someone, and love them deeply, you will hate them at some point. Something will happen, someone will be hurt, and you think you hate them, but when it all blows over you realize you never really did, you just let your emotions get the better of you.   General Comment:So the irony to me that this song has is that the guy that got me listening to Story of the Year kept repeating that this was his song to me, and that it was talking about how much he loved a girl. Last year I was talking to a friend who knows more about SOTY then my ex did. And he says it means about how much he (SOTY) did love her, but he couldn't stand being with her. It's ironic because that's how I feel about him. Last summer I did a little block concert with my friends for fun... He was there. And I got down from the stage and sang that right in his face.

  My Interpretation:I think it's about best friends, maybe finding each other or being friends all along but I shall interpret (mostly because I'm bored)
