  General Comment:i feel this song is about steroids. even thought none of the band ever did steroids, the intro sounds exactly like 1) the injection of a needle, 2) the elixir taking effect, 3) feeling the effects, power, and roid rage, and then the lyrics feed right into they manner in which harmful substances changes the psyche and ruins a life.

  General Comment:This song is based Ulrich's varied feelings during the case against napster. In the movie 'some kind of monster' he says that sometimes he feels all mighty one moment, and then wonders why he's doing it the next, as shown in the line 'All the shots I take, What difference did I make?' great line.
  And lazyasdrmr, no Metallica song ahould be dedicated to 50 cent. why would the best-selling heavy rock band dedicate a song to a rank asshole who's taken up making 'music' because he's tired of dealing drugs

  General Comment:For me, this song reflects the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. If you know any about it, this song, to me anyway, reflects what the Palestinians are thinking. Consider:

  (They won't leave b/c it's their land)
  
  All the shit you fake
  Comes back to haunt you
  (This refers to the claims the Israelis make about Palestine being their land and their land only)
  
  All the shots I take
  I spit back at you
  (The Palestinians are being killed everyday of their lives, yet are trying to deal with it)
  
  Bite my tongue
  Trying not to shoot back
  (The Palestinians try not to retaliate for fear of being labelled terrorists, yet they do with suicide bombings)
  
  I stand on my own
  I'm stranded and sold
  (The Palestinians are alone in this b/c everyone, or at least most people, support Israel for false reasons)
  
  All the shots I take
  Hey, what difference did I make
  (The Palestinians attack the Israeli officials in whatever manner possible, yet it only gets them labelled as terrorists; no one sees that they are only trying to defend themselves.

  General Comment:St anger is quite the gay, I only like this song when it goes into the "all the shots i take, wat difference did i make.." bit. A song that had potenial but was destroyed by repition and no solos, Basically st anger in a nutshell. BRING BACK THE THRASH

    OH MY FUCKING GOD, do all of us a very huge favor and SHUT THE FUCK UP first of all, and 2nd of all, quit being so God damn closed minded and telling them to release the first 4 albums over and over again.
