Oh so all my lovin' go's
Under the fog fog fog
And I will leave them all
Well I'm just a poor little baby
Cause well I believe them all

Oh so while your growing old
Under the gun gun gun
And I believe them all
Well I'm just one poor baby
Cause well I believe them all

[Pre-chorus]
I wish I could buy back
The woman you stole

[Chorus]
Why-control, why-control
You walk, walk, walk, walk, walk my winners
Out of control, out of control
You walk, walk, walk, walk, walk my winners
Out of control, high control
You walk, walk, walk, walk, walk my winners
Out of control, out of control
You walk, walk, walk, walk, walk my winners out

Oh so all my lovin' go's
Under the fog fog fog
And I believe them all
Well I'm just a poor little baby
Cause well I believe them all

[Repeat pre-chorus and chorus once]

My Interpretation:Aside from the y chromosome hypotheses, I believe the song has less to do with biology and more to do with algebra: Karen feels as if she's the Y control while her lover is the X control.

The X control dictates the Y control. That is to say, the Y control is dependent on the X control -- it must yield to whatever value the X is. So, Karen feels as if she has no control in the relationship and is therefore 'out of control' -- like the Y axis on a graph -- while her boyfriend/ex is stable. Similarly, it is a play on words: if Karen is the Y control, her ex must be the X control!

    Great song, whatever the meaning!

General Comment:I change my mind from looking at the video, I think this song is talking about society asking it why they always have to have everything in control,"y control" why control? and when she says "you walk walk walk walk walk my winners out of control" I think she means that it's caused people she cared about to end themselves, and when she says "I wish I could buy back the women you stole" I think she's talking about herself and how she let all these years pass under the control of stupid society, also when she says "well I'm just one poor baby cause well I believed them all" she listened to society and believed all the stupid bullshit it told her

My Interpretation:I really think this song is about how she loved someone and wasn't able to express her love and she lost herself to that person like when she says "oh so all my lovin goes under the fog fog fog" and when she lost herself she says "I wish I could buy back the women you stole" and maybe she feels like she was tricked by others into thinking that this person loved her back "well I believed them all" and when she says y-control maybe she means that she feels she's under control of her music and now she can only express her feelings with music

General Comment:what i take from the "walk my winners out of control" is how she has people in mind to fulfill her lost lovers place, but merely the ex-lover walking back into her life send all those other prospects down the tubes

General Comment:She's not talking about another woman. She's talking about having been with a man she gave it all to, and in doing so lost herself. She wonders who she has become, she misses the woman she used to be and she is realizing that she allowed a man to change who she is/was. Thus "Y-Control", Y standing for the y chromesome which only men have, and control--obviously the control and power he held over her.

General Comment:Wow I totally feel like a pervert comparted to you all lol. I viewed this song as being about a woman who is giving up her sexuality (Oh, so wrong, my loving goes)to many men because they will tell her just about anything to get her in the sack (Because, well, I believed them all), and that she wants that part of her womanhood back. And the Y is referring to the shape a woman's lower half looks when she stands legs together. It always made sense to me that a woman would want to get away from all the sleezy guys and just quit buying all their crap.

Song Meaning:The little girl watching over her at the end of the video says to me that her inner child is always on guard because of a man/boy who stole her innocence. Anyone over 18 should know how that feels. And since she's always on guard in fear of someone doing something as mysterious as stealing her innocence she never lets anyone in. She doesn't want to feel like that again. Hints Y control. Point blank lyrics shot. I'm still emotional wrapped up in these lyrics though because i feel with every new relationship i am being betrayed. "I'm just one poor baby cause well, i believed them all." I love you Karen Orzolek. Won't you marry me?

My Interpretation:You know, I always thought of the lines: "Y control...Y control...You walk, walk, walk, walk, walk my winners out of control" as herself talking about her ex-boyfriend, and for me she meant "Y control...you walk walk walk walk walk, my wiener's out of control" You know, wiener would be his ex's penis and he really couldn't control himself (just walk walk walk and do every woman around)...Probably I'm wrong but that's what I thought ;)

General Comment:The song to me is about being young and in a relationship with a considerably older and more mature guy.
"Oh, so wrong, my loving goes Under the fog, fog, fog" The relationship starts out a little taboo and hidden. The growing old under the gun part to me means she is kind of forced to mature quicker to keep up with her older lover."buy back the woman you stole" wishing she could have matured on her own terms and wondering if she would have been different. The poor baby part possibly meaning he and his older friends may have been convincing her the relationship was good for her. idk just my interpretation
