Tell me, just what you want me to be.
One kiss and boom, you're the only one for me.
So please tell me,
Why,
Don't you come around no more?
'Cause right now I'm cryin' outside the door of your candy store

It just takes a little bit of this, a little bit of that.
It started with a kiss,
Now we're up to bat.
A little bit of laughs, a little bit of pain
I'm telling you, my babe
It's all in the game of love

It's whatever you make it to be
Sunshine instead of this cold, lonely sea.
So please baby
Try
And use me for what I'm good for;
It ain't saying good-bye,
It's knocking down the door of your candy store.

It just takes a little bit of this, a little bit of that
It started with a kiss,
now we're up to bat.
A little bit of laughs, a little bit of pain
I'm telling you, my babe
It's all in the game of love.
It's all in this game of love.

You roll me, control me, console me,
Please hold me
You guide me, divide me into one..

Make me feel good, yeah

So please tell me
Why,
Don't you come around no more?
'Cause right now I'm dying outside the door of your loving store

It just takes a little bit of this, a little bit of that
It started with a kiss,
Now we're up to bat.
A little bit of laughs, a little bit of pain
I'm telling you, my babe
It's all in the game of love.
(A little bit of this, a little bit of that)
It's all in this game of love.
It's all in the game of love.
(A little bit of laughs, a little bit of pain)
Let's play the game of love.

Roll me, control me, please hold me
(A little bit of this, a little bit of that)
Make me feel good, yeah
(A little bit of laughs, a little bit of pain)

Now you're all my own, all my own.
(A little bit of this, a little bit of that...)

General Comment:I agree, Slash is definitely one of the sickest and most original players. DD is bad to the bone. He invented some of the heaviest riffs in heavy metal history, fuckin a. imo i'm not much of a fan of santana, but i believe that this song is a badass ballad. mb's voice is fuckin amazing on track and her style is as unique as the guitar playing in the song. i dont' know about santana being a bad player or playing the same riffs over and over as stated before, but he DOES have a signature sound which makes him a classic. when he starts picking and bending like he does, you know it's Carlos Santana and no other. overall great ish.

General Comment:No way! In my opinion Slash (of Guns n Roses) and Dimebag Darrell (of Pantera) are much better guitarists than the ones you guys mentioned! Slash's solo on November Rain got voted the best solo ever by lots of artists. And don't forget Jimmy Page of Led Zeppelin either. But I guess you guys listen to softer rock than me. Anyway, Santana is very good indeed and this song is quite catchy. Michelle Branch fits nicely into this song.

General Comment:The song was written by Rick Nowels and Gregg Alexander (the front-man of New Radicals). These two guys often write songs together.

General Comment:The Song was written By Alex Ander and Rick Nowels and It's on both Shaman and Hotel Paper! Which are both IMO amazing albums!

This is a great song and Michelle's new collaberation with santana I'm feeling you with Jessica Harp is as good and maybe even better

General Comment:I have the Shaman album right now, and it says that it's written by Alex Ander and Rick Nowels. Whoever they are. Well, they wrote a damn good song, and their choice of Santana for guitar and Michelle Branch for vocals is a good one.

(Warning: Digression) I really don't think Santana is a great guitarist, because he plays the same damn riffs over and over again on all his songs. He has limited range and plays the same riffs, which is exactly why you know when you hear guitar played by Santana, you know it's him. It's not a good thing and is why I think that Eric Clapton beats him hands down. I don't like Jimi Hendrix's music, I think it's annoying, so I can't comment on his guitar playing ability. It's just not my style.

    But anyways, good song.

General Comment:never mind...i just found it credited to Ander/Nowels or sumthin like that...i knew it wasn't santana(not good enough writer) and i didn't think it was michelle branch(b/c of the lyrics, her's seem to run on the innocent side and the ones in the song hav that sexual innuendo)

General Comment:Whose song is it...is it credited to Santana/Branch...is it written by someone else altogether...I know Wayne Fontana and the Mindbenders had a song called Game of Love in the early 60s, i've never heard it so i can't personally rule out that this is a cover...
