Light the match
Burn the flower
Leave behind
All the wrong
Why be sad
When happiness can be bought for a little more then free
Modern day prohibition

Are we men?
Are we children?
At what age
Can I choose
How to live?

The only real drug problem is scoring real good drugs
Haven't we
Learned our lesson?
The corner store sells finest Scotch
But who's got uncut powder
We just want what is ours

Dignity, if god created plants and burrs that I find and abuse
Then who the fuck
Are you to judge me?

General Comment:This song is about the legalization of all drugs. Not just one, but all. If a guy can smoke crack and live a successful life, who am I to look down on him. Not all people who smoke crack are hanging out in crack houses slobbing nobs to get high. Some people actually have self control and don't live solely to get high. The drug war is about nothing but money. If the government was really concerned about our safety, there would be jail time for speeding. Reckless driving kills more people per year than drugs. If you don't believe me, just look around when you're driving. Most people in America are psychotic when behind the wheel. Legalizing drugs wouldn't be profitable to America. Imagine how different things would be. If drugs were legal, the crime rate would drop. Drug users wouldn't be taking up space in jail. I think most Americans have at least tried an illegal drug at some point, anyone locked up for drug charges now is by definition a political prisoner. Isn't America supposed to provide asylum for just such a person?

General Comment:amen, that pretty much sums up this weed prohibition, they spend more money trying to put potheads away then they do crack dealers... how can you compare the two...... ignorant basterds

General Comment:Npakaderm summed up this song pretty much.
I have made the choice not to use drugs, because personally i feel i have been on enough drugs already, but anyway, I see their point perfectly. And a very valid point it is.

General Comment:I remember Herojuana, the police had a big crack down on it, so now the best you're going to find is probebly 15% around canada.

General Comment:Herojuana is very dank herb-almost 25% THC some say. It's almost legendary, it really hard to find seeds. I heard it went around a lot in the late 90s.

    Cool song.

General Comment:Wow, listened to this song SO many times, i love it and i knew the message it was trying to put across, but when you read it normally it makes perfect sense. NOFX at their best telling it how it is, i must say i dont do drugs but i can see their point and its hard to argue against when you look at it like they have.

Alcohol is just as much a drug as anything else. I don't personally use drugs or condone the use of drugs per se, but what a great point... Alcohol causes more deaths than most if not all other drugs, yet it's a mainstay in western culture?! Anyway, heh, I also don't really say that people shouldn't drink, my point is though -- if i can drink why can't I buy some methamphetamine or something at the store? It's not any worse for me... Nic
