Miss Europa disco dancer
Feel the drug of your persona
Miss Europa disco dancer
I'm in heaven when I see you
Miss Europa disco dancer
Favourite son and favourite daughter
Miss Europa disco dancer
I suck suck up all of your power

So serene, the world turns blue
Heads are spinning, it feels so good
It's poetry, sheer poetry
The way you destroy your beauty

Miss Europa disco dancer
Brutally becomes a no hoper
Miss Europa disco dancer
Had your luck and had your chances
Miss Europa disco dancer
I never reached the supernova
Miss Europa disco dancer
Wake up drunk and then fall over

So messed up, the world turns grey
All washed up with debts to pay
It's agony, sheer agony
The way your life just fades away

So serene, the world turns blue
Yes you're spinning, it feels so good
It's poetry, sheer poetry
The way you destroy your beauty

So messed up, the world turns grey
All washed up with debts to pay
It's agony, sheer agony
The way your life just fades away

Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers

Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers

Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers

Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers
Braindead motherfuckers

General Comment:"Someone told me that it sounded like Wham! – what annoyed me pretty much. The first single I bought was My Old Piano by Diana Ross, I always liked that kind of music. Nick criticises the current TV-culture and programmes, which are based on observing other people. These people are drinking or trying to be funny. That's why I constructed a disco song. The guitar sounds like a piano, but it actually was a 58 Strat. That was really cool, the others had to stop me, otherwise I would have kept playing all day long. The line 'Braindead Motherfuckers' is about watching crap like Big Brother. Nick and I catched ourselves once watching that cracked shit for almost one hour without noticing that we became braindead ourselves."

General Comment:I don't get the European analogy. I think the song is on a more simpler level - its about girls and guys from Northern Europe who spend the summer working in beach resorts in the Med. and burn out by the end of the season through hard work and equally hard partying. Its almost a dig at Club 18-30 Holiday reps.

General Comment:The above users surely are "braindead motherfuckers". The song is political and talks about Europe and especially the Europian Union for god's shake.

It talks about the original hopes that it would become a human-centric super-power, instead it has remained a sinking-in-dept ugly messed-up no-brainer's land.

My Interpretation:The song is about disco music being unintellectual and repetitive, hence "braindead motherfuckers", meaning they have no mind of their own.

General Comment:I agree with pumkinhed. Also, both Bradfield and Moore created tracks for Kylie's album that was mentioned.

General Comment:plus kylie and someone from the group collaborated on her album entitled impossible princess, so perhaps this could be a reflection on her public persona, or else on the entire dance pop scene in Europe.
