I saw these Long Island boys at the Lighthouse in Loveland, OH for the first time a couple days ago... I would have to say that this was my favorite of their songs... cute boys, very Alkaline Trio with Saves the Day lyrics... good stuff

i saw them with autopilot off ad te starting line the other night... very good show... the energy was amazing.. if you get a chance to see them do it, its worth any amount of money:)

I gave a copy of this song for a girl who used to be one of my best friends about 2 years ago. One summer she decided that she was "too cool" to hang out with the likes of me.



That was 2 weeks ago, she told me she still hasnt listened to the song.

Yes...i dunno if anyone on this board heard about the Brand New/ Taking Back Sunday drama. Apparantly a whole bunch of crap happened between two of them so yes "i got a twenty-dollar bill that says..." is either used in this song making fun of the TBS guy...or it's used in "There's no I in team" making fun of this song. I'm not sure which. Strangely the two bands are still playing together, despite personal differences.

Yo I worked with garret (the basist) this winter. and i asked him about the feud and he said that all that shit was in the past and now they are just as close as they used to be and that theyre touring together because they still arre friends and they want to stop all the rumors that they hate each other and send ninjas to the other bands shows so they wont be as good as theyy could be

About BN and TBS...Seventy times 7 is all about how the lead singer of TBS cheated on BN's girlfriend... That is why there are so many similar lines throughout all of their songs (ex. twenty dollar bill..., broken down in..., is that what u call tact..., and so on.) I cant wait to see both of them they are my fav. two bands right now.

great song, classic and chaotic.. no need to break this song down for anyone.

the best line ever: "and i know that youre a sucker for anything accoustic"
because its so true. girls like accoustic guitars like germans like david hasselhoff.

you can write the LAMEST song, play it on accoustic guitar, and some girl will probably make out with you.

wow... i can def. relate to this song...lets see it goes to Timmy because me & him were acting like an item & then he got asked out by one of the "popular" girls.. well after that he said a lot of stuff like "why the f*ck would i ever wanna be your friend".. yea so he ditched me & now that hes got friends that are "popular" hes different & fake which is where the first line of the song comes in for me... :(

not for awhile i dont think cuz im goin to their concert with rufio and taking back sun on aug 18 and i live in MA so it might be awhile...but i love this song and i agree with all of u sayin they love the part "and i know that youre a sucker for anything acoustic"...its so true. if a guy can play acoustic for me...ill love them thats prob why i have so many guy friends who are in bands...

the whole controversy between that lyric is no big deal. "i got a twenty dollar bill" tbs and brand new play a lot of shows together. i don think brand new cares...but i could be wrong. what do i know...tbs rocks my socks off too :p
