I know it's raining baby
I'm stripped of all my pride
I stand here at your door
Sick of all the lies

Let me come inside
I couldn't see myself
The room was
Filled with signs
A strange woman kissed me
A tattoo in her eyes

Forget about the past
Forget about the guilt
I'm going back to the house
That love built, that love built
The house that love built, the house love built
The house that love built

I need to remember
What I came here for
Love or mercy keeps me
At your door

Let me come inside

Forget about the past
Forget about the guilt
I'm going back to the house
That love built, love built

Nowhere to go
No way to tell
If I'm nearer to heaven
or one step closer to Hell

Forget about the past
Forget about the guilt
I'm going back to the house
That love built, that love built
The house that love built, the house that love built
The house that love built

General Comment:I cant believe this perfect song have just 1 comment. It surely deserves more. In my opinion, this is song about going back to the woman that has made his life hell, but yet he loves her. He is ready to forget about the past and the guilt, just to be with her. It is also a song about those affairs we have- one step to heaven or closer to hell...

General Comment:It's about a guy who doesn't know why he's falling in love again, but is growing to accept it. So perfect use at the end of the movie Desperado.

This song is perfect and lovely textured.
