  General Comment:Simple song, but rather good. He's not looking for love; rather, he just wants sex. The blood line doesn't have to do with her 'curse" (Mine is named "George", but whatever floats a woman's boat). It has to do with knowing that he's using her for sex and assuming that she will want him for more than just the physical...that's how he will draw blood.

  my guess is its about a guy who just killed a rooster, while riding down the highway of life, and is going to make his sweetheart some fried chicken. the pocket is a metaphor for the soul, right now its filled with love for his girlfriend(the fried chicken) but he wants to share his love and fill his girlfriends soul. but hes also afraid cuz hes never been in love, so he says he doesnt want romance. hes been hurt before, so he wants to taste blood for revenge too. its so beautiful i could cry right now.
  
  its this kind of sensitivity and romance that would make me go gay for iggy. plus its a kickass little rock number.
