Almost seems like it's a phone call or a walkie talkie. I tried listening hard but it's like it's in a whole other language.
If I had to, my best guess would be that the words are explaining or restating the mathematical formula for the cesaso summability. That might be the reason for the song's name. But so far, no official FAQs have been able to figure out what the segue means.

Might sound a bit out o your comments but it sounds like a song of abandonment. A baby crying, the sound of a car or motorbike and then if you listen closely there is a sound of rain. Makes sence to me.

"Cesaro Summability is an attempt to attach some useful meaning to divergent series"
I think this filler track definitely is supposed to mean something, my best guess relates back to that above quote. It's part of the whole process of change that the album is about. The idea is of trying to find meaning out of life, out of the millions and billions of possibilities that exist - these are the 'divergent series.' It is some higher meaning of life than what most humans acknowledge which would tie everything together somehow; in my opinion it would be by some better understanding of God or His prescence, which may not come until it is too late, as California drifts off the Pacific coast. Should happen in a little more than 8 years from now

This is a big downside to the Aenema CD which I think is a masterpiece. Everytime I hear this damn baby crying I have to get up my lazy ass and go skip the song. Maybe it was just meant to give this effect, but that baby crying is just unbearable to me. I hate to hear 3-4 great songs then one shitty no life song to get me totally out of my mood. Someone shut this baby up.
A lot of the time I listen to music to help me sleep and I went to sleep listening to this album one night. I woke up in the middle of the night with bad dreams about searching for a baby with this one, reminds me of one of the levels from Doom II .

as theish said "Cesaro Summability is an attempt to attach some useful meaning to divergent series"
notice that Aenima and Aenema are spelled differently.
perhaps this track intends to point out the difference Aenima is the name of the album beecause on a whole the album is based on jungian theory dealing with the internal self and ones anima/animus. Aenema is a play on enema which the pseudo title track of the album uses as a metaphor, flushing out and cleansing the stinking shithole that is LA. as for the actual content of the song....not a clue.

This song gives me the creeps. I hate to hear babies crying or smiling! Any expression of a baby's emotion is terrifying. I usually fall asleep listening to music. This one time I was almost losing my consciousness when this music strated. Fuck! It seemed there was a baby next to me.I stayed awake for the next couple of hours. Anyway, this is one of the most intriguing songs of all times. I'll ask MJK about it if I ever get a "meet and greet" when they come to Portugal
That's not nice, Joaoavo. Babies are not bad especially when a woman gives birth to one. BTW I heard the news say that the Eight Month old baby's got a new heart and I was like "Awww Poor Baby".

the faq on toolshed.down.net is quick to mention that the baby crying is definately not maynard's son, but an audio clip from some movie or TV show.
As for the meaning, I like Incarnate's theory of abandoment, esp. if you consider Aenima as a concept album. The song after "summability" is "Aenema," which talks about Mom (mother nature) flushing it all away. "Summability" is probably an intro to that theory, i.e. we're the infant Mom is abandoning.
The rain effect is some continuation on the water theme that shows up infrequently throughout the album; a theme that actually started with "Undertow." Maybe MJK has some form of hydrophobia :)
As for the "words," Im still without a clue.
