I was so much an outcast
No one ever liked me cause I wasn't wanted
I was so different from the rest of them all
Fucked up on the drugs, from all the speed
And I never got no sleep
Cause I kept on trippin' over what they said
And everything that my mom said made me mad
And everything that my dad said made me sad

Why am I even trying?
I'm crying out, I'm crying out
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out
Spinning round, spinning round, I've fallen down
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out

You keep shootin' those glances
Relating to the rawness, I'm a fuckin' lost kid
Trying so hard to become just like me, talk like me, walk like me
You keep trippin' on everything I wear, every time I swear
Even when it comes to my hair
It seems like you don't have the time to relate to my kind
I'm not a dope pullin' your life

Why am I even trying?
I'm crying out, I'm crying out
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out
Spinning round, spinning round, I've fallen down
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out
I'm trippin' out, I'm trippin' out
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out
Draw me down, breaking down
I've hit the ground
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out

Your dreamy dreads
Are you still tripping on me?
You're drinking dread
Are you still tripping on me?
Now do you drift?
Are you still tripping on me?
Now do you drift?
Why are you tripping on me?

I was so much an outcast
Find a way to make it right
I was so much an outcast
I can't seem to find a way to make it right
I was so much an outcast
No ever liked me
I can't find a way to make it right
I was so much an outcast
I can't seem to find a way to make it right

Why am I even trying?
I'm crying out, I'm crying out
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out
Spinning round, spinning round, I've fallen down
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out
I'm trippin' out, I'm trippin' out
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out
Draw me down, breaking down
I've hit the ground
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out
I'm crying out, I'm crying out, I'm crying out, freaking out
Draw me down, breaking down
I've hit the ground
I cannot seem to keep from freaking out

General Comment:HAHAHAHHA i like the last interpretation, it's funny and creative, but I don't think that's the case, unfortunately. oh and Lilkap'NTunes sounds like he has Tourette's syndrome, not making fun of anyone with Tourette's 'cuz I kno so many people with it and I got tested myself- to clear up any accusations- caz ppl seem so hostile on this thing. But anyway, it's like every other word it's like... cock..ass... shit... yah, it reminds me of that episode on South Park. On a side note, suicide is a very big issue and you shouldn't joke around about it and condemn people whole feel like that caz it just makes 'em worse. that's all :)

General Comment:he relates to it minus the drug and speed, doesnt do that stuff or drink beer. hes in the right direction as far as smoking, beer, and etc is concerned. feel so bad especially now knowing how all that pain from his life brought back his seizures.

General Comment:you think beer rules? its so bad for you. keep drinking and you'll have health problems before you know it. same goes for smoking. never touched any, never will. there si no reason in thsi world thats good enough to get me to even touch one. i hate them that much. they make this already corrupt world and society more corrupt than it already is. i know someone who does relate to this, but out of respect, i will not not name him. he's pretty private. its not fiart to him to reveal his name, especially without his permission. he did let me comment about him though, but he wont let me say where. too afraid that people will judge him and stuff u know? pretty strong and painful for a highly overly sensitive guy to deal with.

General Comment:Umm hate to play the asshole in this convo but look at the lyrics you're all missing a major point to this song: "Draw me down, breaking down, I hit the ground"? His parents threw him into an instituation - he has a straightjacket on. The orderlies are "breaking him down, drawing him down". "I'm Trippin' out" also signifies that yea he was on drugs but also the doctors have him on meds at where he's at now. So basically everything you guys said was true except you forgot the last thing - i.e. mental institute.

General Comment:So what if you were in this place? The song is basically about inner rage and how it all bursts out and how people can hurt you with simple words. This guy obviously tried to fit in, failed, and just bottled up his rage. Now, it isn't just about drugs. They have a COUPLE of references but it is mostly about School and how hurtful people can be. Adema's message is to just be a person and not let things get to you. Period.
